Negative pressure testing for height simulation

Test chamber for the generation of vacuum as well as positive and negative pressures

Our pressure chamber makes it possible to combine temperatures and humidity with a height simulation

Stresses due to pressure influences occur in a wide variety of situations. For example, electrical components must function perfectly even when driving over a mountain pass. Therefore, negative pressure tests are therefore useful for pressure-sensitive electrical components.

Reduced air pressure can have a direct effect on the ability to dissipate heat – so hot spots can occur on the electronic system unintentionally.

In our negative pressure chamber, we simulate the pressure conditions that can occur during such journeys but can also affect the test item during transport in an aircraft.

In our pressure chamber both negative and positive pressure tests are possible at controlled temperature and humidity (icing test).
